Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Sheldon Sender ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and L'inno ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on devices you own or control
• Use the Application for your internal business purposes
• Make backup copies for archival purposes

To use certain features, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your license key and credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Pricing Plans

• Free Trial: 14 days with up to 50 emails
• Basic Plan: $10/month or $100/year (300 emails/month)
• Pro Plan: $20/month or $200/year (unlimited emails)

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Share, transfer, or sublicense your license key
• Use the Application for illegal purposes including spam
• Attempt to bypass license restrictions
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license will be immediately revoked
• You must delete all copies of the Application
• No refund for unused subscription time
