Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using Sheldon Sender. By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- "Application" means Sheldon Sender software and all related components
- "Licensor" means L'inno, the developer and owner of the Application
- "Licensee" or "You" means the individual or entity using the Application
- "License Key" means the unique code provided to activate the Application
- "Subscription" means the paid license to use the Application
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application.
License Types
Free Trial License
- Valid for 14 days from first activation
- Limited to 50 emails total
- Full features during trial period
- No payment required
Basic License ($10/month or $100/year)
- Up to 300 emails per month
- Single user / single device
- Email support included
- Monthly email counter resets on billing date
Pro License ($20/month or $200/year)
- Unlimited emails
- Single user / up to 3 devices
- Priority email support
- Early access to new features
3. Permitted Uses
- Install and use on authorized devices
- Make backup copies for archival purposes
- Use for lawful business purposes
4. Restrictions
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Share or transfer license keys
- Use for spam or illegal purposes
- Remove copyright notices
5. Ownership
The Application is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
